Frequently Asked Questions
I take on a select amount of larger weddings per year. I primarily specialize in elopements and intimate weddings, but I do have years of experience photographing larger weddings as well. If you are interested in seeing if I'd be available to photograph your celebration, please don't hesitate to reach out!
If the weather is forecasted to lightly rain and is safe to be outside, we will still go for it and embrace what mother nature has in store! Some of the most beautiful photos and surprises come from weather - rainbows, beautiful clouds, & moody fog.
If the weather is forecasted for bad weather or heavy rain, we’ll make adjustments to the timeline to avoid the worst of the weather. I will work with you to come up with a backup plan.
No, you do not have to hike on your day if you don't want to! I know of tons of beautiful locations with easy access so that you can get those "epic" amazing landscape photos - with no hike involved!
Absolutely! A lot of couples come to me with no idea where they want to get married, just a general vibe. Or may have a few spots in mind. I can help make suggestions, give insight, and work with you to find the perfect location that checks all the boxes for what you are envisioning! And also help you with the planning process as well. You don't have to figure it out alone!
I hear this more often than you'd think! Part of my job is to make you feel comfortable and free to be yourselves. I use a mix of fun natural prompts, stepping back and documenting the day as it unfolds, and only use posed photos when the moment calls for it. The last thing I want is for your day to feel like a "photoshoot" - rather aiming for a fun day being yourselves.
